Classes at Gridiron

Here at Gridiron we believe that everything you need for fitness you already possess!  We utilize your own body weight, dumbbells, ropes, rings, jump box stations and whatever else we can come with to give you an amazing yet effective fitness session. 

Strong (HIIT)

Our high intensity interval training (HIIT) includes cardio, strength and conditioning, and plyometric training, all in a short period of time. HIITs increase your metabolism causing more efficient fat burn-quick and convenient for busy people.

Sports Conditioning

We offer Sports Conditioning for our athletes – taught by athletes!  We teach injury prevention and education to help keep you on the field/court healthy and strong!

Dumbbell Club

Our Dumbbell Club focuses on sculpting and toning. No matter what your age or goal, everyone needs muscle to protect your body! We love body sculpting and know you will too!

Boot Camps

Our boot camps are total body workouts with cardio, strength and power training all rolled into one.

Yoga

Carve out some time for YOU! Your body, mind and loved ones will thank you for it.

Box Fit

Boxing is the best full body workout you can get and it’s right here in Wellington.

All fitness levels are welcome. We teach modifications for all of our classes, with experienced, certified training instructors.

Gridiron Fitness has been a labor of love, hard work and dedication to bring something different to our community. It is a place where ever-evolving fitness and fun can be accomplished under one roof without all of the traditional stereotypes of many big box gyms.

We believe in community, accountability, nutrition, perspiration, inspiration and a healthy lifestyle. We offer challenging and fun classes and programs that are customizable to every fitness level. Our members are real people with real goals and real desires to achieve those goals – rather than numbers in a crowd.

Kelly Carroll, Owner & Trainer

Hello, I am Kelly Carroll and I am the owner as well as a trainer here at Gridiron Fitness. I have had a passion for fitness and nutrition for over 35 years but had to first come full circle personally to make Gridiron a reality.

I grew up in a small town in upstate New York and, as early as 8th grade, I was leading aerobic classes in the lunch room after school with my friends. As I entered into my High School years I dealt with many of the struggles kids do today. I battled with an eating disorder which later led to body dysmorphia and low self esteem. I jumped from gym to gym and diet to diet never finding what I was looking for – a place where I fit in. I have spent years learning to overcome obstacles that I have struggled with.

In 2012 I began my own journey in fitness and nutrition and that has blossomed into a dream beyond dreams! It has given me the opportunity to heal personally and share my experiences and training here in Wellington – a town not so different from where I grew up! Giving people a choice and a place to overcome, and achieve goals they never thought were possible is an incredible opportunity and an honor. Thank you Wellington for being our home!

Tyler Carroll, Owner & Trainer

Hello, I am Tyler and I am the co-owner of Gridiron Fitness. I am currently a student at University of Northern Colorado, studying sports medicine and exercise science. I am excited to see what the future holds for me in the world of fitness and healthy living.

Caroline Chant, Trainer

As a personal trainer, yoga teacher and empowerment coach, Caroline Chant educates women and girls all over Northern Colorado on the importance of movement, self-love, gratitude and mindfulness. These practices were not always second nature to her, but have become essential in helping her live an authentic and happy life.

Strength training and yoga came into Caroline’s life when she needed it most, about 11 years ago. At that time she was struggling to find her voice and self-worth, was battling low self-esteem, and as a result, stopped taking care of herself for many years. When she made the decision to fully focus on her health, physically and mentally, she committed to a strength training, yoga and self-gratitude practice, which ultimately transformed her life. So much so, she decided to devote her life’s work to empowering women and girls through movement and mindset work in her business: Mind Body You.

Caroline became a certified personal trainer in 2015 and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through Yoga Pod Fort Collins in 2018. She lives in Fort Collins with her partner, Joshua, and fury companion, Hendrix. In her spare time Caroline loves to garden, cook, spend time with friends, and travel places near and far.

Brooke Medina, Yoga

Brooke believes yoga should be accessible to everyone, no matter your background, your body type, or where you are at in your fitness journey. She started practicing yoga over 6 years ago after the birth of her first son, and hasn’t looked back since. It all started as a physical practice as a way to regain her strength back after child birth, but the more she learned about the roots and philosophy behind the practice she fell more in love with yoga as a whole. Brooke completed her RYT 200 training in the summer of 2019 with Bodhi Movement out of Boulder, CO. This training was not your typical yoga teacher training, and brought to light a lot of the exclusivities that happen sometimes in modern yoga settings today. It is Brooke’s passion to make sure that everyone feels welcome in her classes, knowing that we are all on the same path to finding that mind and body connection. Her classes are an all levels Vinyasa style, paired with upbeat music and a fun environment.

When Brooke isn’t practicing yoga, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and their dog Bailey. They love doing anything outdoors together and enjoy family game nights.
